Well Rounded Diverse Menu - Local Craft Beers - Sports - Pet Friendly - Delivery.

Ever have one of those days when you're hungry, don't want to cook, don't know what you want to eat, wanna relax with the family when everyone wants something completely different. Or just watch a game with excellent food and a nice smooth local micro brewed beer or wine?

Well, look no further! Urban 360 Grill and Taphouse on Menaul, a few blocks east of University, has a well rounded menu (full circle, hence the clever 360). The menu includes everything from burgers to Korean BBQ, Mexican plates, big salads, gyros, classic appetizers and some not so classic appetizers (like green chili wontons) the specialty is the perfected hand tossed, with 21 toppings to choose from, stone oven pizza and calzones. Recently they've added pulled pork and gyro pizza.

Urban 360 is a locally owned family business. The whole family is involved (except older brother, he became a veterinarian and the youngest wants to join the Airforce). Mom-Wei, Dad-Eric and son-Tyler head the team. Dad, a Marine, served in the first Gulf war, Japan and Korea. Son Tyler is the true cook in the family and attended CNM for culinary arts.

The Fabian family has opened many successful restaurants, like Big Chow (Westside and University Locations) and Hello Poki, which they built from scratch. They have mastered the "open, perfect and sell" to new owners. But this time, this restaurant, Urban 360 Pizza, is gonna be for them, is gonna be full of fabulous food they like to eat.

In fact, Wei says the idea came to them after a long day at work. No one could agree on what to eat. Wei wanted them all to be happy, as good moms do, and she was determined to make their lives easier. They had a lightbulb moment - open a place where Dad can have a beer, watch a game, have a slice of great pizza (now Eric makes his famous NY/Long Island style pizza and calzones, cause that's where he's from). Wei just wanted a place where the boys could eat a variety of good food and she could relax for a brief moment after working long hours at her full time career. Tyler was raised in the restaurant business and has developed a passion for cooking. His mom says with pride, "He is one hard worker".

The family worked together and did tons of research to develop their technique and diverse menu. In fact, they spent days in Las Vegas learning how to make the best dough and crust. They purchased their bright red pizza oven, with precise fire temps (up to 800 degrees), to ensure their pizzas and calzones are done right, not greasy and are delicious every time.

The diverse menu includes sandwiches, burger with fries, dinner entrees like fish and chips, chicken and waffles, orange or sesami chicken with rice and spring roll, pork carnitas with corn tortillas and pico de gallo, Sushi grade salmon salad with a luscious fresh dill, lemon and olive oil vinegrette, just to name a few.

They use lots of herbs and spices picked fresh that day.

Urban 360 Pizza carries 15 local New Mexican micro brewery beers on tap (check out the full menu on their website) and some unique wines.

They offer ample lunch specials, in fact, the specials are the same size as regular entrees at great prices!

The tv's are big, 55" and easy to watch where ever you sit, unless you sit on the patio. Their patio is pet friendly (They love pets and show it by having everything needed to keep your pups happy - little care packages with snacks and all.) The patio is where the bands, play as well. They try to have karioke night and a band weekly. Tyler's friends love to play Corn Hole (a bean bag horseshoe like game) on the patio too.

The family is very charitable, hold fund raisers quite often and love to throw parties for every occassion. Many of their employees are UNM students. They love to work with them and around the students schedules.

They are looking forward to football season. Urban 360 Pizza will have Sunday specials and hope you'll make them a regular for the games!

Happy hour is Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 6pm with $3.50 Draft beers.
